The mission of the Tribal Court is to exercise the sovereignty and jurisdiction of the San Carlos Apache Tribe by providing a forum for the enforcement of Tribal law and the administration of justice in disputes between all parties seeking resolution within the San Carlos Apache Tribal Court. It is the desire of the Tribal Court Staff to provide fair and professional customer service to the San Carlos Apache Tribal Members and other entities.
